Gus...in a flash
A friend, of whom I consider to be an exceptional source of all things photographic (among other talents), was showing me some flash photography, capturing ambient light. I probably should have turned down the flash a notch but dang, this was at 1/13th of a second. My hands shake like a hippie going through DTs, look how sharp this is. Renee, you light up my world, I tell ya!
BTW, Gus was not happy to be awakened by my curiosity, that's what kills 'em. No worries, he has a few more lives left.

I love his expression. And all the details in the fur is great. The background is a touch dark, but that actually kinda does a good job of framing Gus' cute little face.
